Nori is a development work professional with continuing experience and a solid background in community-based disaster risk reduction, humanitarian response, development programming, theory, and practice of participatory research, adult learning methodologies, and organization development. He has published researches on participatory risk assessment and organization development.
He is an author of short stories in Filipino that have been awarded and published in literary and academic publications of the University of the Philippines and the Ateneo de Manila University. He joined the college as Senior Lecturer on January 2016.
