Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management including program development, senior staff supervision, performance quality improvement, fundraising, budgeting, community outreach, marketing and strategic planning. Experience working with major multinational corporate partners, federal and state governments, policymakers and nonprofit organizations. Expertise lies in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship, social work, and HEDIS. Recognized for using a strength based and capabilities focused approach. A confident, strategic professional with an established track record in developing long-term and impactful team and client relations. She earned her Masters in Social Work from New York University where she also served as an adjunct field instructor. She is pursuing her Doctorate in Social Development at University of the Philippines while also teaching as Senior Lecturer at the College of Social Work and Community Development.
Currently Kristinna is also part of Smarter Good as Development Director. She works globally with the leaders of various nonprofit organizations to solve the world’s most intractable problems while creating social impact in the area of Sustainability, Workforce Development, Civics, Education and Health. She works with a development team that has secured over several million dollars in funding through grant writing.
