UPCAT Passer
University rules on admission govern the college. qualified for direct admission are graduates of accredited high schools, whose general scores in the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) fall within the cutoff score by the University.
Shiftees From UP Diliman and Transfer Students from other UP Autonomous Units
A student must complete a minimum of at least 30 academic units with a general weighted average (GWA) of at least 2.0 or better for BSCD Shiftees from within College and within UP Diliman, and 2.25 or better for BSSW Shiftees from within College and within UP Diliman.
Transfer Student from Other Schools/ Universities
A student must complete a minimum of at least 33 academic units with a GWA of at least 1.75 or better for BSCD and BSSW programs.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Transfer Students (T2) from school other than UP (non-UP) may apply and submit their application to the Office of the University Registrar – Admission Section. Please refer to OUR website
- Shiftee students from other UP units in Diliman and Transfer students (T1) from other UP Campus may apply and submit their application to CSWCD Student Records Office.
- Download and fill-out completely the application form, furnish all the requirements, scan and submit all via email to cswcdsro.upd@up.edu.ph
- Physical copies of the application form and all the requirements must be submitted to CSWCD Student Records Office via courier upon receipt of the Notice of Admission from SRO
