Rosalie T. Quilicol
is an Assistant Professor of Social Work who teaches human behaviour and social environment and generalist work practice. She has also been engaged in social development work in a government agency and non-government organizations dealing with the issues of urban poor and housing, mainstreaming technical and vocational education among the youth, poverty alleviation, child labour and anti-trafficking in women and children. Her current involvements include disaster risk reduction and management and child welfare. Her other areas of interest are in social administration, training, and community organizing.
