Mary Lou L. Alcid
is an Associate Professor of Social Work who has also been directly engaged in social development as a rural community organizer, trainer, advocate, researcher, and administrator of non-government, non-profit organizations. Her areas of interest are social administration, international migration, mainstreaming feminism in social work education and practice, and social movement building. At present, she is the Chair of Social Work Department.
